In addition, our tax and asset management service offers comprehensive oversight and timely payment of all your Costa Rica tax obligations. We cover various taxes, such as property, corporate, education, garbage, and luxury taxes. If you have a Costa Rican corporation, whether it’s active or inactive, we also handle the preparation and filing of the required declarations. Late payment fines and missed deadlines can be exorbitant in Costa Rica, but with us, you can rest assured that you’ll stay up to date on all these obligations.

Taxes are paid directly from your home account, which has required minimums that must be maintained. These payments are transparently reflected on your monthly reports.   • How often will my house be checked?

    At GR Services Management, we understand that owning a property in a foreign country can be challenging, which is why we offer weekly check-ins for your peace of mind. During these check-ins, we will ensure that your home is secure, check for any signs of damage or necessary maintenance, and take care of payment for any outstanding bills, including utility bills.

Our team consists of professionals who are trained to handle all aspects of property management, from cleaning to maintenance and landscaping.

  • What does house management include?

    The administration of rental properties includes various services that we provide for our clients. Our fee is typically 8-10% of the monthly rental income, and it covers a wide range of responsibilities. Firstly, we handle payments for utilities such as water and electricity, with the actual cost of bills covered by the property owner. We also manage reservations, which means that we take care of all the bookings and communicate with guests regarding their stay.

    In addition to this, we purchase supplies for the property, perform check-ins and check-outs with guests, and conduct general room inspections. We coordinate any necessary cleaning and maintenance services on the owner’s behalf, and the cost of these services incurs an additional fee.

    Our fee is charged only when the apartment is rented out, and during high season, we will charge 8% of the monthly rental income. During low season, we will charge 10% of the monthly rental income. However, if the property owner doesn’t receive any reservations, we will still charge a minimum fee of $60 fixed dollars per month to cover the cost of managing
